Conveniently located near the University and Parque das Exposicoes, and with free parking, was a plus. the lobby area was spacious and welcoming, and the staff were helpful and friendly. the rooms were very comfortable with a brand-new bed and two pillows per guest. We enjoyed the gym facility, which was small but functional and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh, with lots of fruit and pastries on offer.
The hotel failed to deliver a clean and functional room.

The location of the hotel is great, it's close to many attractions and has easy access to major highways. , the parking in front of the hotel is very convenient. The room was comfortable and the bed was great for sleeping.
The breakfast was below average, it lacked variety and quality. the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, they didn't seem to care much about customer service.

This hotel has a convenient location close to the main avenue, making it easy to get to downtown quickly. the rooms are comfortable, with clean and functional bathrooms. the service is great, with staff trained to speak foreign languages and assist in any way possible. the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy any guest. the gym and pool are small but functional and well-maintained.
The TV channel selection is poor and the image quality is not great.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I had a fantastic experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a great night's sleep.
